Mr. Perry R. Gunner, B.Ag.Sc., Grad. Dip. Bus. Admin., served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Orlando Wyndham Group Pty Ltd. (now Orlando Wines). Mr. Gunner has over 30 years of experience in the Wine Industry. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Viterra Pty Ltd since September 27, 2004. Mr. Gunner has been the Non Executive Chairman of Freedom Foods Group Limited (known as Freedom Nutritional Products Limited and So Natural Foods Australia Ltd.) since July 2006. He served as Chairman of Orlando Wyndham Group Pty Ltd. He has been the Deputy Chairman and Director of Viterra, Inc. since September 23, 2009. Mr. Gunner has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Viterra Pty Ltd since September 27, 2004 and an Independent Non Executive Director of Freedom Foods Group Limited since April 2003. He serves as a Non Executive Director of Australian Orthopaedic Innovations Pty Ltd. He served as Non-Executive Director of Australian Vintage Ltd since June 28, 2002 until August 30, 2017. He served as a Director of Ausbulk Limited from 1997 to 2004. Mr. Gunner holds B.Ag. Sc., Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
