Biography
Ms Appleton was appointed to the position of General Manager, Human Resources in July 2015. She has responsibility for the Human Resources function across all WCB sites, including HR policy, labour relations and talent management. Ms Appleton brings more than 15 years of broad HR experience in business partnership, learning and organisation development, and employee relations. Ms Appleton has undertaken a number of senior HR roles in Australia and in the Asia Pacific region, partnering with manufacturing and corporate businesses in the automotive sector.
