Biography
Mr Moloney is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the financial, taxation and treasury functions and the provision of reliable business controls and financial risk management and for advising the Board and the Company in corporate governance practices, management of the legal, risk and investor relations functions and for statutory, ASX and company compliance issues. Mr Moloney commenced employment with WCB in 2001 and has more than 20 years of domestic and international experience in a number of financial roles. He is currently Company Secretary for Great Ocean Ingredients Pty Ltd and is responsible for the secretarial duties of Warrnambool Cheese and Butter Japan Company Limited.
