Biography
Mr Wallace was appointed as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Dairy Division (Australia), Saputo Inc. in January 2015. He has spent 28 years in the dairy industry, 20 of which at WCB. Prior to his current position, Mr Wallace held the position of General Manager Operations for eight years. He is currently a Director of Great Ocean Ingredients Pty Ltd.
