Biography
Mr. Rich Kaye, Esq. is Legal Counsel of Industrial Biotechnology Corporation. Mr. Kaye is a partner at Arnall Golden Gregory, an Atlanta law firm that serves the business needs of growing public and private companies. Mr. Kaye maintains a legal practice specializing in corporate, commercial, construction, and international business law. His experience includes 20 years of providing counsel to clients on merger, stock, asset purchase agreements, real estate, and construction disputes as well as issues associated with company formation, shareholder relations, and limited liability issues. Mr. Kaye has extensive international experience, representing foreign companies in connection with their activities in the United States as well as U.S. companies operating abroad. Mr. Kaye is a Board Member of the Georgia Construction Finance Managers Association, the N.A.S.D. Board of Arbitrators, and the American Society of International Law. Mr. Kaye graduated from the J.D., Emory University School of Law and has a B.A., S.U.N.Y. at Stony Brook with department honors. Mr. Kaye was admitted to the State of Georgia in 1983.
