Biography
Dr Anna Burrows is a graduate of the University of QLD and has specialist gynaecology qualifications from the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She is a member of the Australian Menopause Society and a member of the Australian Gynaecologic Endoscopy Society. Her areas of interest include management of menopause and vaginal atrophic symptoms including the Monalisa Touch laser treatment. She also specialises in management of abnormal pap tests, surgery for ovary cysts and endometriosis, as well as management of heavy periods and bleeding problems. She has regular scheduled surgery lists at the Wesley Hospital. She was awarded the Crown Street Medal for excellence in clinical presentations as well as the St Margaret's Hospital Medal for the highest mark in Australia for her specialist exam.
