Biography
Dr Pyke received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Queensland. He was awarded his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 1989 and his Fellowship of the American College of Surgeons in 1997. His post fellowship training was undertaken in Nottingham (UK) and Mayo Clinic (USA). Dr Pyke also holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Queensland which was awarded in 2004.
