Biography
Ms Krause has a 25-year career as legal counsel with the Wesfarmers Group, including seven years as Chief Legal Counsel. Ms Krause managed the provision of legal advice and strategic planning in relation to the management of legal risk in the Wesfarmers Group. Ms Krause has board experience, is an Australian Institute of Company Directors graduate and has involvement in a governance consultancy practice. Ms Krause has a robust commercial and legal acumen with experience dealing with supply arrangements, construction contracts, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.
