Biography
Ms. Holly Suzanna Kramer, BA (Hons), MBA, serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Ms Holly has over 20 years’ experience in general management, marketing and sales, including roles at the Ford Motor Company (in the US and Australia), Pacific Brands and Telstra. She was Chief Executive Officer of Best & Less, a subsidiary of South African retail group Pepkor. She is Director of AMP (since October 2015) and Deputy Chair of Australia Post. Previously director of Nine Entertainment Corporation (May 2015 to February 2017).
