Biography
Ms. Jillian Rosemary Broadbent, AO BA (Maths & Economics), serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Woolworths Ltd., since January 28, 2011. Ms. Jillian has extensive experience in corporate banking and finance in both Australia and internationally, primarily with Bankers Trust Australia. She is Chair of the Board of Swiss Re Life & Health Australia and the Clean Energy Finance Corporation, and Chancellor of the University of Wollongong. Previously, a member of the Board of the Reserve Bank of Australia (1998 to 2013) and a director of ASX, Coca-Cola Amatil, Special Broadcasting Service Corporation (SBS), Qantas Airways, Westfield Property Trusts and Woodside Petroleum.
