Biography
Mr. Scott Redvers Perkins, BCom, LLB (Hons), serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Woolworths Ltd. Mr. Scott has extensive Australian and international experience as a leading corporate adviser on strategy, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets matters. He held senior executive leadership positions at Deutsche Bank from 1999 to 2013. These included Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance for Australia and New Zealand, membership of the Asia Pacific Corporate and Investment Bank Management Committee and Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Bank New Zealand. He was Director of Origin Energy (since 1 September 2015), and Brambles (since 1 June 2015).
