Biography
Eugene graduated from the University for Development studies, Wa in Ghana where he obtained a first degree in Integrated Business Studies. Eugene also has experience in field research through taking part in Field Practical Progammes which seek to ascertain the challenges faced by rural communities (health, education and access to basic needs) and recommend solutions. During vacations from university, Eugene spent time working as an attaché at the Volta River Authority. He worked closely with the accountant in the finance department updating the cash book, checking receipts of daily revenue and reconciling them with monthly bank statements. Eugene has also worked with the NGO Naamansa Foundation as a Personal Assistant to the Coordinator. In this role, Eugene communicated with schools to schedule appointments, managed records, prepared and distributed scholarship letters and assisted applicants through the help line. Eugene enjoys field work and getting results through hard work.
