Sandeep Sahai is a business leader with a proven track record of identifying trends, creating a strong vision based on a differentiated market position and then focusing on relentless execution.Sandeep was President and CEO of Headstrong. Under his leadership, Headstrong grew revenues organically and brought profitability to industry levels from a loss-making starting position.Sandeep was a founder and partner of the consulting firm TechSpan, which merged with Headstrong in 2003. Prior to Headstrong and TechSpan, he was the CEO of Virginia-based SkanSoft, and also served for 10 years with the HCL group.
