Biography
The full-time professor at the University of Economics in Vienna has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ANDRITZ AG since 2014 and member of the Supervisory Board since 1999. He is also Chairman of the audit committee and the nomination and remuneration committee and is elected until the Annual General Meeting in 2022. Other Supervisory Board functions: member of the Supervisory Boards of Allianz KAG, Generali Drei Banken Holding AG, and Schuler AG
