Mr. Stephen B. Jeffries is Independent Director of Organic Sales and Marketing Inc. He is also on the Audit Committee. He has been the owner of S.B. Jeffries Consultants since 1990. S.B. Jeffries Consultants is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and is in the business of equity analysis and financial portfolio and estate management.
