Robert Felicelli

Biography

Felicelli joined Baxter in 2009 and most recently served as corporate vice president, Business Transformation (in 2016) and as corporate vice president, Quality (in 2015).    Previously, he worked with Hospira from 2004 to 2009 in roles of increasing responsibility, including as vice president and general manager, Specialty Pharmaceuticals and as vice president, Global Business Optimization.   Felicelli began his professional career with Abbott Laboratories.     He serves as executive sponsor of Latinos@Baxter, a business resource group focused on supporting the retention, career development and advancement of Latinos at Baxter, as well as raising awareness of the unique healthcare needs of the Latino community.
