Ginger Gregory

Biography

Ms. Ginger Gregory, Ph.D. serves as Executive Vice President of Biogen Inc. Ms. Gregory has been Chief Human Resources Officer of Biogen Inc. since July 17, 2017. She served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Shire plc (formerly Shire Pharmaceutical Corp.) since March 1, 2014 until March 9, 2017. At Shire, she helped lead the integration of several acquired companies, including Baxalta, while consolidating multiple business units into a single organization while overseeing the overhaul of its HR systems globally. Ms. Gregory served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Dunkin' Brands Group, Inc. from March 2012 to February 1, 2014 and also served as its Senior Vice President until February 2014. She joined Dunkin' Brands from Novartis International AG, a multibillion-dollar healthcare solutions company, where she led a global team of human resources professionals. In that position, she was responsible for global staffing, talent management and field human resources and served as a member of the Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics Executive Committee. She held leadership positions at Novo Nordisk A/S, where she served as its Senior Vice President, Corporate People & Organization at the company's global headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. Ms. Gregory held a variety of human resources generalist and specialist positions at Bristol Myers Squibb and served as consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton in the area of organization change and effectiveness. She serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Lateral Investment Management LLC. Dr. Gregory holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts and received her PhD in industrial organizational psychology from George Washington University.
