Biography
Lynn Schenk joined our Board of Directors in 1995. Ms. Schenk serves as Chair of our Risk Committee and is a member of our Compensation and Management Development Committee. Ms. Schenk is an attorney and consultant in private practice with extensive public policy and business experience. She is also a member of the Board of Overseers of the Scripps Research Institute, a director of the California High-Speed Rail Authority Board and a trustee of the University of California, San Diego Foundation.
