Biography
Steve Solcher is the senior vice president of Finance and Business Operations and chief financial officer for BMC Software, Inc. Prior to being named SVP of Finance and CFO in 2005, Steve served as the company’s treasurer and was a vice president of Finance. He joined the company in 1991 as assistant treasurer and became treasurer the following year. During his tenure, BMC grew from nearly $130 million in annual revenue to $2.2 billion in annual revenue in 2013, its last year operating as a public company.
