Biography

Val Romberg is responsible for CSL Behring’s state-of-the-art global manufacturing and plasma collection operations with sites in Germany, Australia, Switzerland, China and the U.S., where the company’s lifesaving biotherapies are produced. He is also accountable for Planning.When R&D was integrated into a single global operation in 2011, Val assumed the role of Senior Vice President, Plasma Product R&D. During his R&D tenure, CSL Behring had more than 25 product or indication approvals in the US, Europe and Japan.Val received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Michigan.
