Biography

Ulf Jungclaussen (1961) studied mechanical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg, Germany. He started his professional career with Deutsche Shell AG in the downstream sector, assuming responsibility for heating plant and tank farm projects. In 1993 he became co-owner and managing director of an established interdisciplinary engineering office, working mainly for international oil and gas companies. At the beginning of 2005, he joined ILF in Germany as Business Area Manager of tank farms and terminals, coordinating all activities in this field on a global basis, and establishing the ILF office in Ploiești, Romania. Since 2011 Ulf Jungclaussen has successfully restructured and developed our business in Lagos, Nigeria as Managing Director, coordinating our activities in Africa. In 2017 he was appointed Regional Group Director and member of the Group Management Board.
