Biography
CLARE has over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. He was a main board director of the Boots Company plc and managing director of its successful consumer healthcare division, Boots Healthcare International, where he led the global expansion of a leading portfolio of brands including Nurofen, Strepsils and Clearasil. Since leaving Boots, he has set up his own company, Clarat Partners LLP, and engineered several private equity backed transactions. He is also the Non-Executive Chairman of University Hospital of South Manchester Foundation Trust.
