Biography
Dr. Helmut M. Schuehsler serves as Chairman and Managing Partner within TVM Capital Group and Chief Executive Officer of TVM Capital Healthcare Partners Ltd., Dubai, UAE. Since joining TVM Capital in 1990, Dr. Schuehsler has been the deal maker on more than 30 direct investments in life science companies. In total he has overseen more than 100 investments as a managing partner or CEO in the health market with over 40 going public in the United States and Europe. He has built the TVM Capital Life Science practice as an internal start up within the firm to its market position today. Additionally to his board seat at F-star, he is member of the board at Concert Pharmaceuticals (Lexington, MA, USA). He also serves as chairman of Manzil Health Care Services (Abu Dhabi) and previously held the position of chairman at ProVita International Medical Center (Abu Dhabi, UAE) Cambridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center (Abu Dhabi, UAE) and Bourn Hall International (Dubai, India).
