Biography
Frank Gumbinger was appointed CFO of Semperit AG Holding effective December 1, 2016. As CFO of the company, he is responsible for Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Legal and IT. After studying business administration at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, he worked as a chartered accountant and consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1996 to 1998, before moving to Delton AG in Bad Homburg in 1999. There he held various management positions within the associated Group companies until 2008. From 2001 to 2005 he was Head of Controlling at ERGO-PHARM Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH / Heel GmbH and then also built up Corporate Development and Strategy. Subsequently, Gumbinger moved within the group as CFO to CEAG AG. Since 2009 he has been working at Progroup AG in Landau as CFO.
