Biography
Erin earned a Masters degree in Food Culture and Communications from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in 2012, and returned to her roots in the southern US to help cultivate the connection between field, fork and community through sustainable food programming and events. With a background in arts and culture communications, she is especially interested in topics exploring the intersections of art and food, as well as food and culture.
