Biography
Helmut Fassl (1964) studied wood technology in Rosenheim, Germany and industrial engineering in Munich, Germany. After an initial career with Deutsche Bahn and then with Roland Berger International Management Consulting, his career took him to ILF. After joining ILF in 1998, he held several positions in procurement and project management before he helped build up the Business Development Department of ILF Germany. In 2007 after serving as managing director of ILF Russia for several years, he began coordinating contract and risk management issues within the ILF Group. Since 2015, he has acted as Chief Risk Officer on the Group Management Board. His responsibilities include risk management, compliance management, contract and claim management, knowledge management, and shared services.
