Andreas Perklitsch

Biography

Mr. Perklitsch has a proven track record in supporting larger companies in Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Diagnostics, Medtech and Healthcare Management in Europe. He is experienced in hiring various senior professionals and international  talents in following areas: Commercial, R&D, Medical, Techops, Quality, Manufacturing, Pre- & clinical development, as well as C-level roles. Mr. Perklitsch leverages his professional network by collaborating with colleagues cross-border and cross business lines to deliver the best solutions for his clients.    Before joining Korn Ferry Futurestep in 2017, Mr. Perklitsch was Partner Continental Europe at The RSA Group, a UK-based Life Science Boutique firm.  Prior engagements include the positions of Co-CEO and founding Managing Partner in Austria for Mediatum. He was also Consultant at an international Executive Search company based in Vienna. Between 1999 and 2007, he served as general manager for the largest private provider of training, personal development and advisory services in Austria. Before that he held several HR leadership roles at Nedlloyd and Holiday Inn. Mr. Perklitsch graduated from College of Tourism and successfully completed the Master program for “General Management” at the Management Academy at the University of Salzburg. He is an Austrian native and is fluent in German and English.
