Biography
Xavier de Saint Guilhem joined Novasep in March 2017 as CFO and member of the executive committee. Initially trained at ENSCP, MIT Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and INSEAD, Xavier joins Novasep following various operational and financial positions held with Rhodia, Accenture, Crown Cork & Seal, Parfums Christian Dior, in Europe or Asia. His latest position was CFO for Peugeot Motocycles. In addition to the financial management of the Novasep Group, Xavier's mission includes the implementation of the financial side of the developement strategy of the Group.
