Biography
Dr. Bernhard Küenburg co-founded Onepharm Research and Development GmbH in July 2005 and also serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Küenburg served as Managing Director of BIOMEDICA Medizinprodukte GmbH & Co KG. Dr. Küenburg served as Senior Vice president of Marketing, Sales and Development at Siegfried, a leading custom manufacturer of small molecule drug substances in Switzerland. He was responsible for strategic collaboration contracts, customer contacts and strategic pipeline development. He served as General Manager of CarboGen Laboratories, where he managed the construction and operation of the CarboGen Neuland facility. He served as Department Head at Sanochemia in Austria, responsible for the development and manufacturing of the Alzheimer drug Galanthamin. He holds PhD in biochemistry from the Vienna University of Technology.
