Biography
Erika manages the corporate functions of Human Resources and Administration and assists the CEO in managing Business Development and Legal. Erika has worked closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Parnell since 2009 and in those 7 years she has been instrumental in building a highly regarded corporate culture and has been responsible for overseeing the growth of our US operations from just 4 people in 2012 to over 100 today. Prior to joining Parnell, Erika held senior Executive Assistant positions in Australia at General Electric Corporation, ING Bank and previously worked in the Advertising industry as an Account Manager
