Biography

Coralea Cline, Vice President, Human Resources & Communications, joined SCIEX in 2017. She is responsible for leading the HR function and driving a global strategy that supports business growth while engaging and developing existing associates, as well as attracting and acquiring new talent to the company. Coralea has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources. Before joining SCIEX, she was the Vice President, Human Resources at Stratasys Inc., which specializes in 3D printing and additive manufacturing solutions. Prior to this, she was Vice President, Human Resources at Pentair, where she had global HR responsibility for the Filtration and Process business unit. Coralea also spent over 12 years at 3M, holding various progressive roles in HR. Coralea has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Development in Industry and Business and a M.E.D. in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota.
