Bob establishes the strategic direction for Sekisui Diagnostics; leads the global organization including the Commercial, Operations, Research and Development, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, HR and Legal functions; and achieves the annual and long term financial objectives of the business. Bob is a proven leader with a track record of improving performance. He has 18 years of industry experience with roles of increasing responsibility in Sales & Marketing, Operations, IT and General Management. Since joining Sekisui Diagnostics in 1996, he has held leadership roles in various divisions including VP/General Manager of the Rapid Test Business Unit, Director Operations, Rapid Tests and Director of Operations, Clinical Chemistry. Previously, he worked for Andersen Consulting where he gained valuable experience in project and team management, process re-engineering and effective communication skills.
