Biography
"She completed my PhD from University of Vienna in the field of molecular biology with neuroscience background. During my PhD, She mainly focused on mechanisms underlying the neuronal growth and synapse formation. Thereby she became interested in understanding human disorders. I am currently keen in modeling of human degenerative diseases using genome editing tools. For this purpose, she harness the availability and potential of human induced pluripotent stem cells. This enables us to define molecular mechanisms behind human disorders and to development of therapeutic treatment."
