Biography
Matthias Wenzl was born in December 1983. During his study of computer engineering at the Vienna University of Technology he was able to gain industrial experience while working at Siemens AG Austria as an intern from 2005 to 2007. From 2008 to 2009 he developed IP-Cores in VHDL for Gleichmann Research Austria. Moreover, in 2009 he was a teaching assistant at the Embedded Computing Systems Group at the Vienna University of Technology. Matthias Wenzl received a Bachelor degree in computer engineering in 2008 as well as a Master degree in 2011 from the Vienna University of Technology. Since September 2010 he is a member of the Design and Verification Pattern project at the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien. In 2012 he received his Master degree in Computer Science Management from the Vienna University of Technology. Between September 2013 and September 2014, Matthias participated in the Siemens module of the Josef Ressel Center for Verification of Embedded Computing Systems. Subsequently, he commenced his endowed Professorship in digital signal processing.
