Biography
Mr. Frédéric Grimaud serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Groupe Grimaud La Corbière SA. Mr. Grimaud serves as President of the Board at Groupe Grimaud La Corbière SA. He serves as the Chairman of Supervisory Board of Valneva SE (Vivalis SA) and has been its Member of Supervisory Board since December 12, 2002. He serves as the Chairman of Choice Genetics SAS. After organizing a company providing services to undertakings in the field of motivational management of human resources and quality control, he joined the family Vivalis SA in 1988, initially performing commercial responsibilities in France. At the beginning of the 1990s, he was the driving force behind the group's international development, was then involved in initiating biotech projects before assuming general management responsibilities and then the chairmanship of the Management Board of the Grimaud Vivalis SA at the beginning of the 2000s.
