Biography
In 2000, Fagan graduated from the Middle-East Technical University of Ankara, Turkey majoring in Business Management. From 2001-2003, he had worked as the operating director of Konica representative office in Azerbaijan. In 2003, he was employed by Altes Group having passed all career levels within the company. Since 2005 he has been the Head of Overseas Construction Projects, and since 2008, the Head of Business Planning and Development Department, and also Member of the Board. High level of personal motivation, purposefulness and diligence are the basic qualities of Fagan. Owning to these qualities within the short period of time he has achieved fast career development and has introduced positive dynamics into the company development
