Bryan Lopp

Biography

Bryan Lopp joined Boeing's Government Operations in August 2011 as Director of International Operations and Policy. Working with Boeing's international relations, sales, and strategy teams, he coordinates and represents the interests of Boeing Commercial Airplanes before U.S. government agencies, foreign embassies, international finance institutions, and business associations in support of the company's sales efforts and policy objectives in Europe, Russia and Eurasia, and South Asia. Before joining Boeing, Bryan served in a number of positions over a 10-year career with the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration (ITA), principally with the U.S. Commercial Service, facilitating U.S. exports in support of strategic commercial interests and national competitiveness. As the Regional Manager for Turkey, Russia, and Central and South Asia in the Trade Advocacy Center, Bryan managed and coordinated a revolving, multi-billion dollar caseload of commercial advocacy campaigns, spanning a variety of industries, including aerospace, aviation infrastructure, and defense. Additionally, for two years, Bryan served as the U.S. Business Liaison to the World Bank, where he assisted U.S. exporters bidding on Bank-funded international tenders and counseled U.S. project sponsors on the debt, equity, and risk mitigation instruments available through the International Finance Corporation. During his tenure with ITA, Bryan also worked for the Deputy Under Secretary for International Trade and for the Central & Eastern Europe Business Information Center.
