Ryan Kalt Llb

Biography

Mr. Ryan Kalt LLB., is re-designated as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Corporate Secretary of Athabasca Nuclear Corp. ( Formerly Yellowjacket Resources Ltd). Mr. Kalt became a director of Athabasca Nuclear in early 2012 and was the key individual responsible for the corporation shifting focus from a gold junior to a uranium-focused exploration company. He was also the individual responsible for the corporation obtaining its mineral tenure in the Athabasca basin, including the corporation's flagship Preston uranium property. He holds a bachelor of commerce (honours) from Queen's University, a master of business administration from the University of Western Ontario, a bachelor of law from the University of Western Ontario and a master of law (natural resources, energy and environmental law) from the University of Calgary. He concurrently serves as the chief executive officer of Gold Royalties Corp., a publicly traded gold royalty company. Mr. Kalt is a barrister and solicitor and an active member of the Law Society of Alberta. He is the largest shareholder of the corporation holding 9,691,567 common shares of Athabasca Nuclear representing approximately 21.25 per cent of its issued equity.
