Ellada Alishova

Biography

Ellada Alishova joined Nobel Oil Services as Group HR Manager in 2016. Mrs. Alishova is an established HR professional with more than 10 years corporate experience in Employment Law interpretation and Staff Retention Policy. She has a successful track record in developing proactive recruitment practices to improve minority selection, and was recognized for her achievement in a dispute resolution processes. Mrs. Alishova started her career as HR Manager in TYCO Fire & Integrated Solutions. In 2011 Mrs. Alishova joined Amec Services, later - Intertek Global Limited, as an Operations Manager, where she managed organization about 600 professionals and worked on a merger of Intertek and Moody International. Prior to joining Nobel Oil Services, she worked as Group HR Director at Synergy Group, where she was managing HR departments of 22 subsidiary companies with about 1400 personnel. She also led Group Audit function to ensure the company’s compliance with Group Policies, Azerbaijan employment law and international practices. Mrs. Alishova holds BA in International Relations and Law from Baku State University, MsC in Human Resource Management from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen and an MBA from State Economic University in Baku. She is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) since 2008. Mrs. Alishova teaches Strategic Human Resource Management, Change Management at Executive Education of ADA University.
