Biography
Born in 1959 in Baku, Faruk Gasimov graduated from Baku State University’s Law School in 1981 and received a doctorate from the Moscow Public Studies and Law Institute in 1985. From 1985 to 1991, he served as a Lecturer and Associate Professor at the Baku Public Administration and Politics University. Since 2006, he has been Deputy Head of the Legal Department at SOCAR and since 2009, a Member of the Board of Petkim.
