Biography

Dr. Chandi C Mandal: MSc, Calcutta University, India; PhD, Indian Institute of Technology at Kharagpur, India; Postdoctoral Fellowship, University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas, USA.  Dr. Mandal’s research interest is aimed at understanding the cellular signal transduction mechanisms involved in breast cancer, bone metastasis, and bone remodelling. His success is not only reflected in the publications of his research work, but he has won the prestigious Young Investigator Award from ASBMR, multiple travel awards for oral presentations at various international conferences and the Postdoctoral Fellowship Award from CPRIT, USA. His research work has also been highlighted multiple times in Newspaper and reported in Television channels. He is a member of several professional societies such as IACR, ASBMR.
