Biography
Mr Mohammad Al Shoqran holds an MSc Mathematics (2008) and a BSc Mathematics (2005) both from Al Albayt University in Jordan. He joined Ahlia University in 2011 as a Lecturer in the Mathematical Sciences Department. His main research interests include Mathematical Statistics, Stochastic Processes and Markov Chain. He has one published paper in this field of research and is currently writing other papers. In his academic work he uses various mathematical programs including MATLAB, MathCAD, Mathematics, SPSS and MathType. Mr Al Shoqran is keen to increase general understanding and teaching of mathematics and statistics through lectures and consultations. In addition to teaching statistics and mathematics and his other academic activities, he qualified from the Capacity Building Program for Developing Business Counsellors.
Research Interest
Mr Mohammad’s main research interests include Mathematical Statistics, Stochastic Processes and Markov Chains.
