Biography

Dr. Arpita A Mehrotra, Bachelor and Masters in Commerce degree holds a PhD in Commerce with the title "Changing demographics and its impact on the marketing strategies of FMCG manufacturers in post liberalised era" from Lucknow University, India. In her 13 years of experience she has served as Director of Marketing and Academics in Mumbai School of Business, India and has been a leading academician with in depth teaching experience in Financial Management, Accounts and Marketing. She led a team that organized a national level seminar on "The Emerging Economies and their rising Global Influence". The seminar witnessed participation of Professors, corporate dignitaries and university level students who presented their ideas and research papers on the above.   In the field of social service Dr. Mehrotra has helped several non government organisations to raise funds for orphanages, old age homes and bed ridden abandoned patients.

Research Interest

Dr. Mehrotra, has also been very active in extracurricular activities related to the field of music, social service and mass communication media. She has a Visharad (graduation) degree in Classical music. She has been a radio artist and has sung many songs for All India Radio.
