Biography
Dr.Shahnaz Begum is currently working as Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology in BIRDEM Hospital. She passed her SSC & HSC exam from Mymensingh Girls’ Cadet College .She passed her MBBS in 2001 from Sir Salimullah Medical College. Then she had her post graduate training in Ophthalmology from Banga Bondhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University and National Institute of Ophthalmology. She passed International Council of Ophthalmology(ICO) exam in 2007.Later she did FCPS in Ophthalmology in July 2010.She did her long-term fellowship in glaucoma from Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute & Hospital in 2015.She is a glaucoma consultant of Bangladesh Eye Hospital & Institute. She has vast experience in laser & surgical management in Glaucoma.
