Mr. Paul Simon, Jr., serves as Corporate Secretary, Director of CleanTech Biofuels Inc. He is a licensed attorney practicing in St. Louis, Mo. and has been a partner in the firm, Sauerwein, Simon, & Blanchard, P.C. since 2006. Prior to that time, he was a partner with the firm Helfrey, Simon and Jones, P.C. from 1991 until 2006. Mr. Simon is a graduate of the University of Missouri where he received his BS in Business Administration and St. Louis University School of Law where he received his J.D..
