Dr. Md. Golam Mowla Choudhury is the Professor of the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at Daffodil International University. He completed M.Sc.(Physics) from University of Dhaka in 1966 and Ph.D in University of Southampton England 1974 (Solid State Physics); His research interest are in Characterization of Semiconductors in bulk and thin film form
