Biography
Dr. Md. Mahmudul Hasan is the Assistant Professor of the Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering at Daffodil International University. He completed MS in Agricultural Botany (2009), Patuakhali Science and Technology University, Dumki, Patuakhali, Bangladesh and PhD in Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology of Food Nutrition (2015), China Agricultural University, Beijing, China.His teaching area in Food Microbiology, Food Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Quality Control in Food Industry, Agro-Food Processing Technology, Environmental Food Technology, Vegetable Technology.
