Biography
Tilakman is the Logistics In-Charge at Bayalpata Hospital. He oversees all logistics at the hospital, and manages the Pharmacy, X-ray, Ambulance and Store departments. Prior to Possible, Tilakman worked as a Health Post In-Charge at a government health post for 8 years. Tilakman holds a Bachelor of Health Education from Tribhuvan University.
