Biography

"Dr. Syed Mukarram Ali is a Professor of Pathology, and did his M.B.B.S from the University of Dhaka, M. Phil University of Karachi, DCP University of London, completed FRCPath from Royal College of Pathologist, London and DPath from Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons, London. He is an honorary Fellow of Bangladesh College of Physicians & Surgeons. Dr. Ali has worked in Bangladesh, UK and Kuwait during his long and distinguished medical career. He is an active member of International Academy of Pathology ( Brit. Division) & Association of Clinical Pathology (UK) and a former president of the Bangladesh Society of Pathologist. He is the Chairman of Globex Pharmaceuticals Ltd. He is presently the Chairman of Delta Medical College trustee Board and Managing Director of Delta Hospital Ltd. He is a sponsor Director & former Chairman of Delta Life Insurance Company Ltd. He has been a Director of DBH since its inception and former Vice Chairman of Green Delta Insurance Company Ltd. He is a General Body Member of FBCCI & past president of Rotary Club of Dhanmondi, Dhaka."
