Biography
Heem Shakya is the Director of Procurement and Logistics at Possible. His professional career spans working in multiple capacities with Governments of Nepal, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Afghanistan in the areas of Health Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Reproductive Health Commodities Security (RHCS). For 16 years, he was associated with John Snow Inc. and as a Team Leader of Logistics executed number of USAID funded Health Projects in Nepal, and later worked as an International Consultant with UNFPA in Indonesia and Afghanistan. Heem began his career as a computer programmer/system analyst and has worked with Litton Computer Services in Dayton, Ohio, USA. He holds a Bachelor’s in Science and a Masters in Business Administration degrees from Tribhuvan University and Kathmandu University School of Management
